Tramigo App End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before using the Tramigo application (“App”). By clicking “Accept” or installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

Tramigo Ltd. (“Tramigo”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the App solely for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Remove proprietary notices or labels on the App.
  • Transfer, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without prior written consent from Tramigo.

3. Account Responsibility

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify Tramigo immediately at support@tramigo.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App belong exclusively to Tramigo and its licensors. This EULA grants you no ownership rights.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of the App is subject to Tramigo’s Privacy Policy (available at tramigo.com/privacy). Tramigo secures your data on servers located within the EU, using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for any international data transfers.

6. Termination

Tramigo may terminate this EULA immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is”. Tramigo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Tramigo’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the App.

8. Warranty Disclaimer and Security Notice

Tramigo provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability for any specific purpose. The Tramigo App provides supplemental location and security information but should not be relied upon as a primary or exclusive means for vehicle security, theft prevention, or emergency response. Users must always contact local emergency services or relevant security authorities directly in emergencies or security-critical situations. Tramigo does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free operation of the App or the services provided and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from reliance solely on the App’s data.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be exclusively settled by arbitration administered by the Finland Arbitration Institute (FAI), in Helsinki, in English, under its Arbitration Rules.

10. Amendments

Tramigo may amend this EULA occasionally. Updated terms become effective upon posting or within the App. Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance.
