Welcome to the Tramigo App Transition Guide. Here’s what you need to know about switching to the new Tramigo App.

Important Update:
The old app is still available for use but will no longer be supported after August. Download the new Tramigo App today!

Note for OBD Tracker Users:
The new app doesn’t support OBD diagnostics yet (tracking only). For diagnostics, switch to TramigoCloud using the same login details.

Getting started

Follow these steps to install and set up the new Tramigo App:

  1. Download the app:
  2. Log in: Use your existing Tramigo credentials.
  3. You’re all set! Your data from the old app will be synchronized automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: How do I update to the new app?
A: If you haven’t downloaded the new app, you can do so using our link for Android or iOS. Sign in with your existing credentials. To update the app, follow the same link and click “Update“.

Q: How do I add the devices to the new app?
A: Refer to our Navigation guide for more details.

Q: How do I change the language, and why is it not saved after selecting the language?
A: Please refer to our Navigation guide for more details. Remember to click the save button in the top right corner after selecting the language, or it will not be saved.

Q: Why is only one device displayed on the map at a time?
A: Only one device is displayed on the map at a time on TramigoApp. For a comprehensive overview of all vehicles on the map, please switch to Tramigo Cloud.

Q: How do notifications work, and why don’t they always appear?
A: Notifications are generated based on reports. Ensure your devices have both GSM and GPS operating correctly. If the issue persists, please contact our support services.

Q: Is the old app still functional?
A: The old app will be supported until the end of August. After that, it will no longer be updated.
